Eustace began his carrier as Banker and then as a General Manager. In 2015 he transitioned into law after attaining an LLB at the University of London via Holborn College, London, United Kingdom. In 2017 he was called to the Bar in the United Kingdom as a member of the prestigious Inns of Court, Lincolns Inn. Eustace is also a graduate of the Normal Manley Law School in Jamaica and was called to the Bar in St. Kitts & Nevis in 2018.

Since his admission to the St. Kitts & Nevis Bar, Mr. Nisbett has embraced the mantra that justice is not a privilege of only those who could afford but a privilege of every citizen. He is renowned for his success in Constitutional Law and Judicial Review matters but has also honed his practice around the areas of Civil Litigation, Contract and Tort Law, Employment Law and Debt Collection.
